Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or navigating motherhood at any stage, NuWaie provides care that remembers you. Each session includes:
- Maternal vitals + wellness check‑ins
- Emotional and identity support
- Gentle education on maternal health + recovery
- A quiet, grounding space to pause and breathe
Upon arrival, mothers will complete a NuWaie Maternal Wellness Packet designed to help us understand your needs and support you with intention.
