What to Expect at Our Matchmaking, Marriage and Relationship Skills Event – South East Launch
Love Connection Ltd and Muslim Matrimonial Coach Ltd present a curated, app‑first matchmaking and relationship skills event for single, divorced and revert Muslims across the South East and wider UK.
This is the South East launch of the Love Connection platform – a Mayfair‑registered, remote‑first, AI‑powered relationship‑skills and matchmaking service. The event is designed to connect like‑minded individuals in a safe, respectful and dignified environment, enriching the matchmaking and marriage process with intention and support.

- Holding the event within a community‑based centre provides a safe, respectful and dignified environment, aligned with Islamic values and the seriousness of the matchmaking/marriage journey.
The event is held in Reading for easy transport links, but we welcome attendees from across London, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and the wider South East, as well as other parts of the UK.

Who Should Attend?
- Single, divorced and revert Muslims, with age‑appropriate grouping for compatibility:
- Group 1: 25–35
- Group 2: 36–45
- Group 3: 46+
- Open to all ethnicities and backgrounds across the UK.
- Female attendees under 30 are required to be accompanied by a responsible Mehram/chaperone.
- All attendees must be Love Connection app users (see “Booking & Entry” for details).

- Each participant engages privately for up to 5 minutes with the person opposite.

Booking & Entry – App‑Only Event
This is an app‑only event. All attendees must have the Love Connection app installed and a profile set up before booking. Non‑app users cannot book tickets.

- The iOS version is in final review and will launch soon.
- This event is designed for Android users.
- If you currently use only iPhone:
- You are welcome to register using an Android device (e.g. a friend’s phone or tablet), or
- You can contact us to join our waiting list and we will prioritise you for future iOS‑focused events once the app launches.

- You have recently registered on the Love Connection app (within the last 14 days) and are actively setting up your profile.
- How to qualify:
- Download the Love Connection app and create your account before booking this ticket.
- On the night, show your app profile at check‑in (with your bio/photos visible) as proof of registration.
3. Active Love Connection user – Member Ticket (+ free chaperone)
- Price: £10 (Request Promo Code 3)
- Who this is for:
- You are an active Love Connection user with a completed profile (bio, photos, relationship preferences) and have used the app within the last 30 days.
- Chaperone offer:
- You may bring one chaperone or friend for free.
- Your chaperone must also be a Love Connection app user (new or active).
- At booking, select one “Active Member Ticket” for yourself and one “Chaperone (Free with Active Member)” ticket for your guest.
- How to qualify:
- On the night, show your app profile at check‑in as proof of active use.
- Your chaperone must also show their app profile.
4. Chaperone (Free with Active Member)

- Who this is for:
- You are the chaperone/friend of an active Love Connection user who has purchased a £10 Member Ticket.
- You must also be a Love Connection app user (new or active).
- How to qualify:
- Book this ticket alongside an “Active Love Connection user – Member Ticket”.
- On the night, both you and the member must show your app profiles at check‑in.
ID and eligibility
- The event is open to attendees across the UK; you do not need to be a British citizen.
- Valid UK photo ID (passport or full driving licence) is mandatory for entry; no ID, no entry.
- All attendees must be 18+.

- Smart‑casual and modest attire is required – please maintain halal standards.

Refund Policy
Please note that all ticket sales are non‑refundable. Refunds or exchanges will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are granted solely at the discretion of the event organisers. By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and accept this policy.
Non‑Transferable Ticket Policy
Please note that all tickets are strictly non‑transferable and must only be used by the individual named on the booking. Any person found attempting to attend using another person’s ticket will be refused entry without refund. Identification may be required upon entry to verify ticket ownership.
