The Ritual Schedule:
8:45AM|The Tea Ritual: We begin with a communal Matcha ceremony. Experience the calming sound of the bamboo whisk and find your center with a warm, hand-crafted cup of premium Matcha.
09:00AM|The Movement: A 45-minute intentional Yoga Flow to awaken your senses and strengthen your body and mind.
09:45AM|The Sweet Mystery: Conclude your practice with a Mochi to ground you before you head back into the world.
