About this Event
Our November concert will sparkle with the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and the Haydn brothers, Joseph and Michael. The featured work is Mozart’s sublime and dramatic Coronation Mass, one of his best loved choral works. We will present that alongside a selection of rarely heard pieces: Mozart’s robust Dixit et Magnificat, Joseph Haydn’s elegant Responsoria, and Michael Haydn’s enchanting Timete Dominum and irresistible Beatus vir. Masterworks Chorale and Music Director Kevin Leong will be joined by soprano Deborah Selig, mezzo-soprano Roselin Osser, tenor Gregory Zavracky, baritone Will Prapestis, and Pro Arte Chamber Orchestra. You won’t be able to get this music out of your head!
