Introducing an advanced two-part course for association staff working with and managing volunteers where you start with a virtual foundation 75-minute session, then deepen your skills as you work through scenarios and cases in a full-day in-person workshop.
Session Dates:
Virtual Session: Thursday, January 21 at 2 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. ET
In-Person Session: Friday, January 29 at 9:30 - 4 p.m. ET
Note: Participating live or viewing the recording for the virtual session is required preparation for the in-person workshop as materials from Part 1 will not be repeated. A recording will be available within 72 hours after the session.
