Meet Scott Horne
Scott Horne is a long-time real estate and title attorney with Horne and Associates, PC in Dallas, Texas. He has been practicing law in Texas for more than 30 years.
His primary focus is structuring and drafting creative real estate transactions, corporate structuring, and finding creative solutions for real estate transactions.
His hands-on experience through companies he operates includes:
- Purchased, remodeled, and sold more than 7,500 single-family homes
- Transacted and sold more than $350MM in private mortgages
- Transacted approximately 4,000 asset-based hard-money transactions totaling more than $400MM
- Owned and operated a full-service mortgage banking company
- Built more than 50 single-family houses
- Owned and managed hundreds of single-family rental properties
- Owns hundreds of owner-financed mortgages
Scott has completed more than 10,000 creative-financed transactions.
