Join us at The Distillery for Mastering Gin Cocktails, a hands-on cocktail class designed to help you create fresh, organic, bar-quality gin cocktails at home using Western Reserve Distillers’ award-winning organic gin.
In this class, you’ll receive hands-on instruction and sample three gin cocktails:
Gin & Tonic
A crisp, refreshing, build-in-the-glass cocktail featuring WRD Organic Gin, fresh lemon, and Fever-Tree Tonic.
French 75
An elegant sparkling cocktail made with WRD Organic Gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and Prosecco, Cava, or Champagne.
Negroni
A bold, spirit-forward classic made with WRD Organic Gin, Campari, and Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth — perfect for guests who prefer something bitter, balanced, and less sweet.
You’ll learn how to build balanced gin cocktails using fresh citrus, organic spirits, premium mixers, simple syrups, proper shaking and stirring techniques, easy garnishes, and smart batching tips for home entertaining.
You’ll also learn how small upgrades — like using fresh lemon, quality tonic, lavender simple syrup, large-format ice, or an expressed citrus peel — can turn a simple home cocktail into something that feels polished and bar-quality.
But the real value is what you take home.
Each guest will receive a printed cocktail guide featuring single-serving recipes, batch recipes, shopping lists, required tools, and step-by-step instructions so you can recreate these cocktails at home for patios, brunches, showers, cookouts, summer dinners, or your next backyard gathering.
We’ve done the planning, measuring, testing, and organizing for you. You’ll leave with the skills, recipes, and confidence to make fresh, organic gin cocktails at home without overcomplicating it.
