Masterclass: Wine and Cheese.

Many of us have fallen victim to the French ‘Cercle Vicieux’ (or Vicous Circle if you’d prefer) - you still have wine left in your glass, but you’re out of cheese, so you serve yourself some more cheese, then you’re out of wine, so you top up your glass then guess what? You need more cheese! Don’t worry, we’ll have plenty of both for this tasting - as we’ll be pairing some of our favourite cheeses, with some of our favourite wine - and teaching you how to do the same. What flavours go together? What makes them work so well? Why is cheese so delicious? Why can't I stop eating cheese? Sounds like a pretty perfect evening If you ask us!
