Pasta machine rolling and wine tasting - the dream!About this Event
For this class, Carmela will teach you how to make fresh egg pasta and master the art of using a pasta machine - turning the freshly made dough into beautifully formed Garganelli. V and B will provide three small Italian wine tastings, for you to sip while you craft. Each student will then take their pasta home, along with a jar of pesto from our sponsors Filippo Berio. What a perfect evening!
