Join Breath Mastery Coach & Certified trauma Informed Facilitator Sky for a transformative 2-hr breathwork experience inside our serene salt room. This sanctuary of calm is the perfect environment to nourish your body, mind, and spirit while deeply supporting your respiratory health.
We’ll begin with gentle, science-backed breathing techniques to optimize your lung function, calm your nervous system, and bring you fully into the present moment. We’ll then move through a short, guided lymphatic activation practice to stimulate circulation and support detoxification. From there, you’ll be guided into a circle of intention-setting, fostering connection and creating a safe container for your journey.
You’ll then be led through a trauma-informed, meditative breathwork journey — designed to help you release stored stress, process emotions, and access deeper layers of clarity and peace.
