All Soul’s Day, The Commemoration of all the Faithful Departed, is set aside in the Church’s calendar as a special time to remember all of our brothers and sisters who have gone to their rest. In November, we remember all whose funerals were held at our parish during the previous year. Families of our deceased parishioners have been invited to attend this special Mass of Remembrance. Memorial candles will be lit for the duration of the liturgy, and families are encouraged to take the candle home as a memento of this special Mass in memory of their loved one. The names of the deceased will be announced and prayed for during the Mass. Please join us for this very special liturgy and add the names of your deceased loved ones to the Book of Remembrance so that we may also pray for them during the month of November.
