The Greater Baltimore Leadership Association (GBLA) proudly presents the return of one of its most iconic and anticipated experiences — the 2026 Masquerade Ball: Royal Court Experience.
As the original organization in Baltimore to host a Masquerade Ball for young professionals, GBLA is bringing this signature marquee event back in an elevated way, reintroducing a legacy experience centered on culture, connection, elegance, and impact. This year’s Royal Court Experience theme will transform the evening into a luxury celebration designed for Baltimore’s rising leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and changemakers.
As always, GBLA is intentional about supporting Black-owned businesses and creating opportunities within our community. This year’s experience will feature Baltimore’s own Elevated Event Center as our venue partner, music by DJ5Starr, catering by Emmanuella’s Cuisine, and photography by Steve Hopkins.
This is a night for Black excellence. Come dressed to express. Guests will make a grand runway-style entrance where individuals and friend groups can have professional photos captured upon arrival, creating a true red-carpet experience from the moment you walk in.
Your ticket includes access to a premium open bar, curated food and catering from Emmanuella’s Cuisine, live DJ entertainment, and the full elevated networking and social experience of the Royal Court.
For guests looking to elevate their evening even further, a limited number of Royal Court VIP Sectionsare available. Each $520 VIP Section includes admission for four guests and an exclusive reserved sofa seating section for your group throughout the evening. Only three VIP Sections are available.
The evening will also feature a special NULYP Honors Ceremony, recognizing GBLA leaders and honorees who earned national recognition from the National Urban League Young Professionals. This special moment will give our Baltimore community an opportunity to celebrate the leadership, service, and accomplishments that have elevated GBLA on the national stage.
More than just a celebration, the Masquerade Ball is also a fundraising initiative supporting the work of the Greater Baltimore Urban League. Proceeds from the event help advance programs and initiatives focused on workforce development, economic empowerment, youth leadership, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, leadership development, and community impact throughout Greater Baltimore.
