Start with a Don Julio Cristalino Piña welcome cocktail and chips and salsa, then settle in for:
Tombo Tuna Tostada + Don Julio Blanco
Avocado mousse, grapefruit, shaved cucumber, yuzu–serrano dressing, and cilantro.
Ancho Chicken Taco + Don Julio Reposado
Roasted apple salsa, lime crema, and toasted pepitas.
Duck Mole Taco + Don Julio Añejo
Crispy duck, ancho–mulato mole, pickled red onion, and toasted sesame.
Finish with a housemade churro and dips.
