Premier Home Care Residential Service Agency, a division of Blendin It Up Nutrition & Fitness LLC, is partnering with Rise Up Nutrition in Laurel, Maryland, to bring this community walk to the area.

Come walk with us and help raise awareness for senior care, home care, wellness, and individuals with disabilities.

Together, we are creating opportunities for community connection, wellness, and increased awareness of resources supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities.

This is a voluntary community activity. Participants are responsible for determining whether they are able to safely participate based on their individual circumstances.

Walking and outdoor activities may involve risks, including slips, falls, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, or other injuries. If you have an injury, medical condition, mobility concern, or other limitation that may affect your participation, please consult your healthcare provider before participating.

Please walk at your own pace and stop if you feel unwell, unsafe, or unable to continue.

Photos and/or videos may be taken during the event for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes.

By participating in the walk, you acknowledge that you may appear in photos or videos taken during the event and that these images may be used by Premier Home Care for the purposes described above.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the event host before the walk begins.
