About the film:
As she rides a southbound train to New York, 18 year-old Dominican American Mary pieces together the losses driving her from home. Adapted from Carmen Maria Machado's story, this portrait follows a young woman as she dares to imagine a world where runaway girls get to grow old.
Please note: This film contains scenes of sexual violence. We strongly encourage 18+ viewing.
