Marvelous Mosaics: A Hands-On Art Workshop
Get ready to piece together a masterpiece! In this hour-long mosaic workshop, children will use paper, foam, or felt to create their very own beginner mosaics. This tactile, hands-on activity is a great way for kids to explore color, shape, and pattern while practicing fine motor skills and creative thinking. Each child will take home their finished mosaic artwork as a vibrant reminder of their artistic exploration.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Age: Geared towards children ages 2–8
👪 Parent Participation: Parents are welcome to join the class or drop off their child and wait in the lobby. A parent must remain on-site during the workshop.
This hands-on class invites children to explore the basics of mosaic art in a playful and supportive environment. Through guided instruction and plenty of room for creative freedom, kids will arrange colorful shapes into unique designs—whether that’s a flower garden, a rocket ship, or an abstract burst of color.
Will their mosaic be inspired by something they love—a favorite animal, their house, or a rainbow? Or will they invent something entirely new? This workshop encourages open-ended creativity, helping children express themselves through texture, color, and form.
Note: Our classes are currently free to attend! We may introduce a small fee in the future, but for now, we’re just excited to create with you. Donations are always appreciated, but never expected. What matters most is your participation!
