
About this Event
Christina Zani of Pasta Night will guide you through the art of making your own egg based pasta dough. We will knead and thin the dough on pasta machines and then hand cut your noodles, thin tagliatelle or thick papardelle, which you can take home to eat that evening!
Class includes a welcome drink, antipasti and a single serving jar of marinara to dress your pasta with. BYO is also welcome. Andiamo amici!!
