This course is paced to the student's skill level:

- Build the mental fortitude to stay calm under pressure.

Emphasis: Koshijutsu (Pressure Point Attacks), Koppojutsu (Bone Structure Manipulation), Dakentaijutsu (Striking), Jutaijutsu (Grappling) & Ninjutsu (Hidden Techniques)
Please bring your own water/hydration. Wear comfortable clothing or black gi (martial arts uniform).
