Get ready to swim, bike, and run indoors! The Marshall Recreation Center’s Annual Triathlon is the Tri-State’s only indoor triathlon, featuring:300-yard swim
8-mile bike
2-mile run
Splash and Dash
Back again this year, the Splash and Dash gives kids ages 5–12 the chance to join the fun!
Ages 5–6: 25-yard swim + 0.29-mile run
Ages 7–8: 50-yard swim + 0.57-mile run
Ages 9–10: 75-yard swim + 1-mile run
Ages 11–12: 100-yard swim + 1.29-mile run
Whether you are racing or cheering from the sidelines, this is a fun event for the whole family!
Proceeds support professional development opportunities for Marshall Recreation Center student staff, including leadership experiences and conference participation.
