We are thrilled to host Tom Bachtell, iconic illustrator for The New Yorker, on Thursday, October 8, at 7:00 PM right here in Sinclair Auditorium. In his talk, Expressive Lines, Tom will discuss how improvisation —fueled by his background in the performing and liberal arts—shapes his world-class caricatures. He’ll also reflect on his path to The New Yorker and the historical power of political cartooning.
