Drive the fastest lap of the day at Silverstone and win a fantastic prize!!
Prizes awarded for the 3 fastest laps of the day.
Before you book PLEASE NOTE:
- Only racers over 8 years old can race. Racers aged 8 - 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- We cannot guarantee that your races will start exactly on time due to the many variables involved - but we'll get you racing as soon as possible.
- If you're not in the hall when your Heat is ready to start, it may not be possible to fit you in at any other time.
- We cannot guarantee what car you'll drive. That will depend on the cars available on the day.
The Racing
You'll be racing on a large Scalextric scale model of Silverstone circuit. The overall dimensions of the layout are 6m x 3.9m (19.7ft x 12.8ft).
Overtaking is allowed/positively encouraged!!
You'll get up to 10 minutes on track in your pre-booked heat - if you win your heat.
You could be driving a Ferrari F1 or maybe a race-ready Honda Civic. Whatever car you drive, everyone in your heat will be driving the same.
Once you've received your race instructions, you'll take part in several short races in your heat.
The winning driver across all the races in your heat will be given several hot laps to record their fastest lap - and if they run one of the fastest 3 laps during the day, they'll win a great prize. Could it be you? Only one way to find out.
Every heat winner will run their hot laps in the same car.
Better still, it's only £5 per entrant. But book soon, we have a maximum of 144 entrants for the day!!
Prizes will be awarded for the fastest 3 laps of the day with a 'rolling' leader board being maintained all day.
