https://www.1000bookfestival.orgWe are thrilled to announce that this fall we will be hosting our very first Marlboro Children's Book Festival on Saturday, October 24th, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the Marlboro Elementary School gymnasium. Inspired by the success of the Hudson Book Festival, this event will unite our community for a day filled with reading, literacy, and the joy of books.
To date, we have over 60 children's and middle-grade authors/illustrators (Pre-K through Grade 9) confirmed. We anticipate a dynamic, high-attendance event that will spark a lifelong love of reading in our local children.
We are seeking the support from the community to help maximize the festival's impact. Our ultimate goal is to provide a $15 book voucher to every child who attends. These vouchers will allow each child to select and take home a free, signed book, creating a meaningful and lasting connection to reading. Without community sponsorship, this critical initiative would not be possible.
By partnering with us, your organization will help advance youth literacy, engage local families, and support regional authors. To recognize your vital contribution, we offer the following partnership tiers:
Book Sponsor ($1,000+ - High-Level Tier): Prominent logo placement on our main stage banner, website, and official festival T-shirt, a full-page advertisement in the festival program, and recognition in all local media press releases and promotional materials.
(Sponsors 66+ children's book vouchers.)
Chapter Sponsor ($500 - Mid-Level Tier): A smaller logo printed on main stage banner and website, inclusion on shared event signage, and a half-page advertisement in our festival program. (Sponsors 33 children's book vouchers.)
Bookmark Sponsor ($250 - Low-Level Tier) A logo listing on our festival website and a
dedicated text mentioned in our official festival program. (Sponsors 16 children's book vouchers)
Any contribution, large or small, will make a significant difference in ensuring every child leaves with a book of their own.
Checks can be made payable to the: 1000 Book Program and sent to Kathy Keane at the Marlboro Middle School.
Please let us know if you would like to discuss this partnership further and explore how we can align this initiative with your community goals.
Warm regards,
