Marketing Engagement Event: Consultant & Main Contractor Framework Development
Dundee City Council is pleased to invite contractors, consultants and suppliers to an informal engagement event about the proposed Consultancy and Main Contractor Frameworks.
This will be a friendly and practical opportunity to hear about the emerging proposals for both frameworks, including the proposed lot structures and procurement approaches. We welcome your views and questions, and there will also be time for short, informal Meet the Team discussions with the relevant Council officers.
Consultancy Framework
This proposed multi-lot framework is intended to give the Council access to specialist consultants across a range of technical disciplines, complementing our in-house Architectural Consultancy services. It is expected to support both capital and revenue projects across the Council estate, with opportunities awarded through direct award or mini-competition. Services may include feasibility studies, surveys, design, analysis, statutory compliance and specialist advice.

Main Contractor Framework
This proposed multi-lot framework is intended to create opportunities for suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake construction and refurbishment work across the Council’s housing and non-housing estate. The anticipated lots include general building works, work requiring TrustMark accreditation, and specialist conservation, repair and refurbishment work for traditional and heritage buildings.
