Marginalia Night is a literary salon built around a single ritual: annotation.Everyone receives the same short text and sits with it alone first, pen in hand, marking it up. Then the copies start moving. You get someone else's marked up pages, and you respond to their notes in the margins. Layer by layer, a conversation builds in the white space of the text. We will share our thoughts at the end and discuss over some good food and drinks.
By the end of the night, every copy is a document of the room. You leave with an archive of physical literature and and comments that will be etched into history.
