In this workshop, participants will learn how to marble leather and create their own colorful, one-of-a-kind leather accessories. Leather marbling is similar to traditional paper or fabric marbling, but it uses different dyes and requires unique preparation and finishing techniques. You’ll explore the full process without needing to purchase specialty pigments, tools, or safety equipment or risk dyeing your entire kitchen floor at home.What to Expect
A hands-on session preparing leather, mixing the marbling medium, experimenting with color, and transferring your marble designs onto raw leather. Since fresh leather prints need time to dry before sealing, the instructor will handle the final finishing phase after class. All finished items will be available for pickup at MakeHaven on Monday.

Prerequisites/Safety Information
No prerequisites. Please wear a smock, apron, or clothing that can get dye on it.
