🌍 Prague Conference of Young Historians 2027: Many Faces of Prosperity What does prosperity mean, and how has it been understood, pursued, and contested throughout history?
The inaugural edition of the Prague conference of Young Historians, titled Many Faces of Prosperity, explores prosperity as a historical, cultural, political, economic, environmental, and symbolic phenomenon.
We invite contributions that critically examine how prosperity has been defined, pursued, represented, institutionalized, and contested across different historical periods and societies.
📍Venue: Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague
📆 Date: 5–6 February 2027

Notification of acceptance will be sent by December 2026.

This conference is meant for undergraduate and master’s students, recent graduates (MA/Mgr) or doctoral students
💶 Conference Fee:
To be announced (it is expected to be approximately €20).
Please note that accommodation and travel costs will not be reimbursed.
