About this Event
ManufactHER Showcase
Celebrating Progress. Inspiring Change.
Central Coast Group Training is pleased to invite you to the ManufactHER Showcase, celebrating 18 months of collaboration, innovation and practical action to strengthen women’s participation in manufacturing.
We are honoured to welcome Hon Andrew Giles MP, Minister for Skills and Training, who will join local MPs, industry, government and community leaders for this special event.
We would be delighted to have you join us to see what ManufactHER has been achieving across the Central Coast and to hear directly from the women, businesses and partners involved.
ManufactHER is part of the Australian Government’s Building Women’s Careers Program and is focused on increasing the attraction, participation, retention and progression of women in manufacturing.
This project received grant funding from the Australian Government.
Over the past 18 months, ManufactHER has brought together employers, education providers, industry and community partners to strengthen workforce capability, challenge perceptions of manufacturing careers, and create new opportunities for women in the sector.
The showcase will feature:
- real stories from women and businesses involved in ManufactHER

- highlights of the program’s progress and early impact
- a look ahead at the future of manufacturing and workforce development
