Kirtan Meditation is a simple call-and-response practice which everyone can join in by singing, humming, dancing or just listening. No experience or 'good voice' is needed—just come as you are. You can't get this wrong!
These sacred mantras reconnect us with our spiritual essence and revive our forgotten relationship with the Supreme, allowing us to taste the deep joy, peace, and love we are all searching for.
