Latin Jazz & Sexy Salsa
About this Event
Every Thursday, Miranda Bar turns up the heat with MANTECA — a weekly night dedicated to the sounds, rhythms and grooves that make it impossible to sit still.
Expect a deep dive into Latin jazz, classic salsa, descarga, boogaloo, Afro-Cuban rhythms and all those irresistible sounds that live somewhere between the dance floor, the jazz club and the late-night bar.
🎷 Latin jazz for the listeners.
💃 Salsa & boogaloo for the dancers.
🔥 Descarga & deep grooves for when the night really gets moving.
🍸 Good drinks for everyone in between.
Whether you come to dance, listen, sip, socialise or simply soak up the atmosphere, MANTECA is about one thing: great music and good energy.
No dress code. No dance experience required. No pressure to do anything except enjoy yourself.
💃 Dance if you feel it.
🎷 Listen if you want to.
🍸 Stay for one… or stay till the last tune.
Come early for a drink, settle into the rhythm and let the music take care of the rest. As the night unfolds, the grooves get deeper, the tempo gets hotter and the dance floor starts to do what it does best.
