Manimal King of the Deadlift Championship is back and what a perfect way to end the year with a Maximum Deadlift Personal Best Can anyone beat Ben Smiths massive 400kg Deadlift pulled in 2023 for the event win?
There will be 4 categories which are as follows
Novice - Intermediates - Masters - Opens
There will be trophies for 1st 2nd 3rd place in each category, entry is £35 which will include a Manimal Strong T Shirt and is payable via PayPal and must be sent as friends - family to [email protected] please add the competition name the category you want to enter and your t shirt size to the payment and all payments are non - refundable.
You will be lifting on a Deadlift Platform with a Texas Deadlift Bar and calibrated weight plates, it will be a raising bar all competitors will lift the opening weight and then nominate there next lift and the bar will continue to rise until the last man standing in each category
Scores will be updated live on Strength results
Head Judge tbc
Deadlift suits will be allowed as will Deadlift straps 6's and 8's
