Philippine Sommelier Association is proud to present the 6th Annual ‘Manila Uncorked 2026,’ a monumental wine tasting experience that brings together all of Manila’s wine suppliers in a fun and casual party ambiance as they showcase well-curated wines at every price point from around the world. This year’s Uncorked celebrates a big and well-designed venue with a wider variety of selections, including beers, sake and natural wines, among others. Uncorked will also feature wines that cater to every wine drinker’s needs and play host to a variety of wine-related activities to keep guests both entertained and informed. Together with our members, Manila Uncorked 2026 aims to not only cater to the novice, the experienced, and the well-seasoned consumer with the intention of creating an enjoyable yet entertaining approach to everything that is wine but also fuel the need for inspiration among our growing and very talented group of Filipino sommeliers.
Apart from the tasting that will feature over 300 selections of wines, various activities will take place during the six-hour event. Members of the Association will lead 'Manila Uncorked Wine Flights,' themed tastings that will take groups of tasters on a journey through the various selections. Engaging and friendly wine seminars will take place simultaneously during the tasting. A VIP tasting section will showcase a lineup of ultra-premium bottles.
