Manifest Network is a DMV-based film collective dedicated to building community through the art of short film — and this is where it starts.
Our inaugural Short Film Showcase is an intimate evening of curated independent short film screenings, filmmaker Q&A sessions, and genuine community. 50 guests. Handpicked films. Real conversations about storytelling, craft, and what it takes to get a film made.
This is not a multiplex. It is not a streaming queue. It is a room full of people who showed up because they care about independent film and the voices behind it.
What to expect:
- 6:00 PM — Doors open / networking reception
- 7:00 PM — Film screenings begin
- 9:00 PM — Post-screening networking
Tickets: $25 general admission · Seating is limited to 50 guests
Filmmakers: Submissions are still open through September 30, 2026. Submit at filmfreeway.com/ManifestNetworkShortFilmShowcase — $35 per film, includes one complimentary ticket to the showcase.
