In this guided Mandala Art Therapeutic Workshop, artist and educator Monica Prakash (founder, PraShree Arts) walks you through the mandala step by step: finding the centre, building concentric rings and radial guides, and filling them with patterns, one stroke at a time. The repetitive, meditative rhythm of drawing helps quiet the mind, improve focus and ease everyday stress, and you leave with a finished artwork made by you.

About the artist
Monica Prakash is a Bengaluru-based multidisciplinary artist, educator and sound healer, known for her intricate monochrome ink mandalas. She runs therapeutic art workshops across the city and brings the same session to offices and co-working spaces as an employee-wellness programme.
