Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to help maintain a balanced male-to-female ratio. Early booking is strongly recommended.

- All tickets are strictly non-refundable, including if you do not meet someone compatible.
- No refund will be provided if you are unable to attend after purchasing your ticket.
- Tickets cannot be moved or credited towards a future event.
- Tickets cannot be transferred to friends or family members.
- Everyone attending, including chaperones or mahrams, must be aged 18 or over. Babies and children cannot attend.
- We do not accept or promote men seeking a second wife.
- This event is open to British passport holders only. A valid British passport must be presented upon arrival.
- Please arrive promptly at 11:30 am. Anyone arriving after 11:45 am may be refused entry or charged a £10 late fee.
- No refund will be provided if you are unable to attend due to COVID-19 or another illness.
