About this Event
Managing Staff Wellbeing & Resilience
Supporting the people who support our young people.
Join us for a half-day practical training session focused on staff wellbeing and resilience within Alternative Provision and other settings supporting children and young people with complex needs.
Working within Alternative Provision can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also bring unique pressures. Staff may regularly manage challenging situations, complex safeguarding concerns, emotionally demanding conversations and the impact of supporting young people who have experienced trauma or adversity.
Creating a culture where staff feel supported, valued and equipped to manage these demands is essential for both individual wellbeing and the quality and consistency of provision.
