About this Event
Change is no longer an occasional event. It is a constant feature of today's workplace.
Managers are expected to adapt quickly, support their teams through uncertainty, manage competing priorities and maintain performance, often while navigating change themselves. Without the right mindset and resilience skills, this can lead to stress, overwhelm and reduced effectiveness.
This practical and interactive workshop helps managers understand how people respond to change, explore the difference between change and transition, and develop strategies for building personal resilience during periods of uncertainty. Participants will gain tools to manage their own reactions, maintain perspective under pressure and create an environment where others can adapt and thrive.
Through discussion, reflection and practical activities, managers will leave with greater self-awareness, increased confidence and a toolkit of techniques to help them remain calm, focused and effective when facing change.
