You may have heard the idea of a “one-person company (OPC)”: a new way of working where one person can move from idea to execution with the help of AI.
Instead of waiting for a full team, you can act as the founder, product manager, designer, and project lead, while AI agents help with research, planning, writing, design, and development.
It sounds exciting, but do you find it difficult to get started?
How do you describe your idea clearly?
How do you work with multiple AI agents instead of just chatting with one assistant?
How do you turn a rough concept into something real, interactive, and shareable?
This hands-on workshop is designed to help you experience exactly that.
In this session, you will take on the role of a Founder/Product Manager/Project Manager and guide a pre-configured team of agents through the process of building a small web project using NarraNexus, NetMind.AI’s open-source multi-agent framework.
You will not be doing this alone. The NetMind.AI team will provide step-by-step guidance, product thinking support, technical assistance, and practical feedback throughout the workshop, helping you understand not only what to prompt, but also how to structure requirements, break down tasks, and direct an AI team effectively.
To make the experience concrete, we will use Imperial College London’s The Great Exhibition Road Festival as our design challenge. Together, we will explore how to create an online version of the festival experience for people who cannot attend in person. By the end of the session, you will have turned a creative idea into a small, interactive, and shareable web project with the support of an AI Agent Team.
What You Will Do
This workshop is designed around The Great Exhibition Road Festival. Together, we will explore how to create an online version of the festival experience for people who cannot attend in person.
Your goal is to design a web experience that helps remote visitors:
Quickly understand what the festival offers
Choose areas or themes they are interested in
Explore the festival through interactive digital modules
Feel that they are still participating, even if they are not physically there
You do not need to build an Agent Team from scratch.
We will provide:
A pre-configured basic Agent development team
Core Skills prepared in advance
Project templates and workflow guidance
Step-by-step support from engineers on site
Your role will be to act as a Founder/Product Manager/Project Manager.
You will use prompts, product ideas, and requirement descriptions to guide the Agent Team as it collaborates on your project.
By the end of the workshop, you will create your own small web app or festival module, such as:
A festival content explorer
An interest-based recommendation module
An interactive online festival map
A digital guide for remote visitors
A playful “join the festival from anywhere” experience
Who Is This For
This workshop is beginner-friendly and suitable for:
People curious about AI Agents and multi-agent collaboration
Students, creators, researchers, designers, and aspiring founders
Anyone interested in using AI to build quick web prototypes
People who want to turn ideas into interactive digital experiences
Participants interested in The Great Exhibition Road Festival and online public engagement
No coding experience is required. Engineers will provide step-by-step support throughout the session.
What You Will Leave With
By the end of the workshop, each participant will have created a small, shareable web app or festival web module.
You will leave with:
Up to $100 API credits if you won the Top 3
A clearer understanding of how Agent Team Collaboration works
Hands-on experience managing Agent Team
A practical workflow for prompting and directing AI agents
