Man Cave Monday at The 8Five Center
You don’t need a speech prepared. Pull up, play a game, grab a bite, share a laugh, and enjoy some real conversation with other men. Man Cave Monday is a relaxed space to connect, talk openly, or simply listen—no pressure and no judgment. You might leave with a new friend, a fresh perspective, or just the feeling that you had a good Monday night.
There’s a reason to make more room for conversations like this: in 2024, 10.9% of men received counseling or therapy, compared with 16.9% of women, according to the CDC. Man Cave Monday is a social gathering, not a counseling session. It’s a chance to get out, enjoy yourself, meet people, and talk about life if you feel like it.
