Meet Mel
Mel is a wife, mom of two, fitness instructor, NASM-certified personal trainer/nutrition coach with eight years of experience in the fitness industry. With a background in dance, she’s passionate about strength training, Pilates, barre, sculpt, cycling, yoga and helping women build sustainable, healthy habits.
As a mom herself, Mel understands how easy it is to pour into everyone else and forget to make space for yourself. Her approach is rooted in the belief that fitness should add to your life, not consume it. She loves creating welcoming spaces where women can build strength, grow in confidence, and find community without pressure to be perfect.
Mel encourages women to care for themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually while embracing the season of life they’re in. Her faith is woven into the way she leads, with a heart for reminding women of their worth, purpose, and the importance of caring for the bodies and lives they’ve been given.
When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her enjoying coffee, baking sourdough, spending time with her family, or listening to music and dancing around the house.
