A little movement. A little pampering. A whole lot of me-time.
Motherhood is amazing, but between looking after little ones, juggling the everyday and being everything to everyone, it's easy to forget about looking after ourselves.
That's why we're bringing you a special Sweaty Mama Norwich & South Norfolk and Naturally Ellice Pamper Event, a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself and enjoy some well-deserved time just for you.
Whether you're a new mum, an expectant mum or simply in need of a little self-care, we'd love you to join us!
✨ What can you expect?
We'll start by welcoming you with a drink and a chance to settle in, meet other mums and enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
You'll then enjoy a beautiful Mamalates session, our low-impact, Pilates-inspired class designed to help you reconnect with your body, build strength and feel good.
Next, join Ellice for a Tropic Skincare Masterclass. As a mum herself, Ellice understands the importance of finding little moments for yourself. She'll share her love of skincare, introduce you to Tropic's wonderful products for adults and little ones, and help you discover a skincare routine that works for you.
We'll finish with some well-deserved chit-chat, questions and time to connect with other mums.
This event is about so much more than exercise or skincare. It's about creating a space where mums feel supported, friendships can grow and motherhood feels a little less lonely.
