For this class, we’re bringing a summer favourite into the cooler months by filling our wraps with fall produce: carrots, pumpkin, squash, onion, garlic and cabbage, along with vermicelli, fresh herbs and your choice of tofu or chicken.
And then there are the sauces. Because a good sauce can take a wrap somewhere entirely different. We’ll explore flavour-packed options like tahini and spicy peanut sauce to finish things off.
