Participants will explore the history, symbolism, and practical use of mala beads in mantra meditation before creating their own personal mala. With over 50 gemstone varieties to choose from—alongside traditional rudraksha beads—everyone will have the opportunity to select the stones that resonate most deeply with them, crafting a truly unique and meaningful meditation tool.
Workshop Objectives
- Understand the spiritual and historical significance of mala beads.
- Explore symbolism of different gemstone meanings.
- Create and string your own hand-knotted 108-bead mala with a guru bead and tassel.
- Infuse your mala with your personal intentions and concentrate the energy with a sound energy closing ceremony
