Making the Most of Root Crops

The gardens fall root crops, such as beets, turnips, radishes, and so on, grow beautifully in the autumn, but are often neglected in the kitchen. This workshop will offer ideas of how to keep them interesting on the plate. We'll be harvesting fresh roots from the garden and then prepare them using several different techniques. Then we'll enjoy tasting our efforts.
