WELCOMING GRATITUDE
Breathwork, meditation, and gentle practices to release fear and reconnect with peace
The Alchemist's Kitchen celebrates the Season of Gratitude by inviting the spirit of gratefulness into our hearts and minds. Mindful consideration and giving thanks for the earth, ourselves, and our communities is an important part of holistic living.
Gratitude can be hard to access when your mind is full of worry or your body is holding tension. In this November workshop, Jill Perin will guide you through simple mindfulness practices, breathwork, gentle somatic movement, and visualization to help you notice what you’re carrying and begin to let it go.
Together, we’ll create space to feel more grounded, open, and connected to what supports us. You’ll leave with practical tools you can return to whenever fear takes over, and a gentler way to welcome gratitude into everyday life. No prior experience is needed.
What to Expect:
- Beginner mindfulness exercises
- Guided breathwork
- Somatic movement
- Reflection, visualization, and inner work
- A safe and supported space
This gathering is designed to support grounding, emotional release, heart opening, and calming of the nervous system. This is a safe space, where we can meet together as we are and collectively learn how to find balance and peace within our daily chaos.
Guests may want to bring a journal and pen for recording any thoughts or discussions that inspire.
