The Making of an Artist is a monthly gathering featuring local Wisconsin artists sharing their journeys and the role art has played along the way, followed by a guided, hands-on creative activity in their style.Kathryn Walczyk’s personal life has been a deep and spiritual path, using the natural world as her compass and a camera lens as her eyes to reflect the wonder of the world. Kathryn also paints and creates with mixed media as a means of self-expression, intuitively revealing her own authentic self. Kathryn does not consider herself an “artist” but sees the world as art, and in that, she is part of it... So are you.
Kathryn shares about life, spirituality, and her journey of artistic revelation during this installment of the Making of an Artist. She encourages you to look inward and outward on your own creative path. Kathryn shares a variety of techniques and tools to help cultivate your intuition, tap into your innate creativity and share your authentic self-expression and artistic voice.
Leave with a deeper connection with yourself, others, and your creative intuition, along with an original piece of art.
