🧀 Homeschoolers, let's make mozzarella cheese!Ever wondered how milk turns into stretchy, delicious mozzarella? Come find out at Imagine Foundry!
Join us for a hands-on cheesemaking workshop designed for homeschool students and families. You'll explore the science of cheesemaking while learning real kitchen skills as you heat, stretch, and shape your own fresh mozzarella!
We'll work in small teams of four, with just 16 workshop spots available! No cheesemaking experience is needed, but some kitchen experience is recommended.
Your registration includes all class supplies, guided instruction, fresh mozzarella to take home, plus a recipe and cheesemaking kit so you can try it again at home.

This is an intermediate-level kitchen skills workshop for children. Participants will heat milk to approximately 110°F and stretch moderately hot cheese by hand. Students should be comfortable following kitchen safety directions and working with hot ingredients under adult supervision.
Parents and caregivers: An adult must be present during the workshop. Siblings are welcome to explore Imagine Foundry's Discovery Museum with a supervising caregiver while older children participate! Check out our daily admission tickets on our website imaginefoundry.org.
