🔮 **Before the Year Ends…**December can be busy. Between the holidays, shopping, schedules, family, and everything else that seems to pile up at the end of the year, it can be easy to stay focused on everything *outside* of yourself.
Give yourself **two hours that are just for you.**
Come slow down, get comfortable, and turn your attention inward while exploring what may be waiting beneath the surface.
✨ **Group Regression Experience**
This **Dolores Cannon–inspired group regression** uses light hypnosis to guide you into a deeply relaxed state, similar to meditation, where you can settle in and see what naturally comes forward.
During the evening, you may have the opportunity to:
🌀 Explore a past life and discover connections or insight related to your current life
🌀 Meet a spirit guide or connect with your Higher Self
🌀 Glimpse a possible future lifetime or another timeline of experience
Everyone experiences hypnosis differently. You might see vivid imagery, feel or sense something, hear something, or simply *know* something. There is no right or wrong way to experience it.
You remain **awake, aware, and completely in control** throughout the experience. I'm simply there to guide you where you need to go.
✨ **Who Is This For?**
This experience is a great fit if you:
✨ Feel curious about past lives or soul connections
✨ Want to explore your intuition, Higher Self, or spirit guides
✨ Are interested in consciousness, timelines, or spiritual experiences
✨ Enjoy meditation, visualization, or personal growth experiences
✨ Are looking for a different perspective on something in your life
✨ Simply want two hours to slow down and get out of your head
**No previous hypnosis or meditation experience is needed.** You don't need to have any particular beliefs—just come with an open mind and a little curiosity.
