What is an Orange Pomander?
A traditional holiday craft made by studding fresh oranges with whole cloves. As they dry, these decorative ornaments release a wonderful, festive fragrance that fills your home with spice and citrus warmth for weeks.
The word pomander comes from Old French, pomme d'ambre, which translates literally to "apple of amber" or "apple of ambergris". This year at Your French Learning Centre, we're happy to share this tradition with you.
