You’ll learn how to safely use basic power tools as you measure, drill, sand, and assemble a wooden sign. Once built, you’ll paint and decorate it so it’s ready to brighten up the garden, community space or street for everyone to enjoy.
This is a practical, feel good session focused on contributing something special to a shared space. No experience needed. We’ll guide you step by step. Just bring your creativity and willingness to get involved.
Important Details:
* What to Bring: Snacks, lunch, and a drink bottle.
* What to Wear: Old clothing that can get paint on it and closed-toe shoes, Bring a hat and sunscreen as we do some of our work outside.
What’s Provided:
* A full Health and Safety briefing.
* Step-by-step guidance on using all tools.
* Opportunities to extend your skills with additional tips and tricks.
