We’ll examine the realities of making AI successful in production: choosing the right problems, driving adoption, redesigning workflows, measuring business impact, and dealing with the reliability, evaluation, privacy, guardrails, and human oversight that emerge when AI moves from demo to daily use.

About our panelists –
- Harry Glorikian is a healthcare entrepreneur, investor, and author who has spent decades at the intersection of technology, data, and life sciences. He brings the investor and commercialization perspective on where AI creates durable business value—and where the math doesn’t hold up.
- Ben Shiller is an economist and professor at Brandeis University whose research examines the economics of technology, AI, productivity, and innovation. He brings an economist’s lens to the question of how we determine whether AI is creating measurable value.
- Cyrus Shaoul is an AI entrepreneur, software developer and scientist who co-founded a visual intelligence startup with an AI product for front-line manufacturing and logistics operations. He shares stories from his experiences deploying powerful decision-support AI in traditional industrial workplaces, including all the unexpected hurdles that appear when new technology intersects with the real world.
